Built in 1958 at 7300 Radcliffe Drive in College Park, Maryland, the Marenka House is a single-story brick structure exemplifying Modern Movement principles. Its rectangular form is distinguished by a broad low-pitch gabled roof with projecting gable sections to the north and south, an integrated garage, and a front gable featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and a deep projecting eave. Though its architect remains unknown, the house is regarded as one of the area's finest mid-century modern examples, applying Frank Lloyd Wright's principles of organic architecture. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2017.
