The Mayfair Theatre in Kaikōura, New Zealand, is an Art Deco movie house completed in 1934 and designed by architect Melville Lawry. Severely damaged during the 2016 Kaikōura earthquake, the building underwent extensive reconstruction and reopened in November 2020 as the Mayfair Arts & Culture Centre, continuing to serve the community as both a cinema and cultural venue.
