The McLaren Technology Centre is the Surrey headquarters of the McLaren Group, completed in 2003 on a 500,000-square-metre site in Woking, England. Designed by Norman Foster and Foster + Partners, the main building is a striking semi-circular structure enclosed in glass that was shortlisted for the 2005 Stirling Prize. By 2015, the centre employed approximately 1,500 people across McLaren Racing, McLaren Automotive, and related subsidiaries. A second facility, the McLaren Production Centre, was added in 2011 to nearly double the complex's size; subsequent expansions have included a wind tunnel that became operational in October 2023 and additional facilities for applied technology and simulation.
