Designed by Foster and Partners in collaboration with Studio Antao, the World Trade Center of San Marino is a contemporary office building located in Dogana, Serravalle, just 100 meters from the Italian border and the river Ausa. Inaugurated on 25 June 2004 after three years of construction, the eleven-story structure comprises 35,000 square meters of total built area, including 29,000 square meters of office space and an integrated parking facility spanning four floors with capacity for 650 vehicles. The €30 million project reflects British architect Norman Foster's signature approach to large-scale commercial architecture.
