The Marina Bay Financial Centre is a major mixed-use development by Kohn Pedersen Fox occupying 3.55 hectares along Marina Boulevard and Central Boulevard in Singapore's Downtown Core. Completed in two phases—the first in 2010 and the entire complex in 2012—it comprises three office towers (of 33, 50, and 46 storeys respectively), two residential towers housing 649 units combined, and retail space anchored by Marina Bay Link Mall. Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong officially opened the development on 15 May 2013. The first phase was designed by local firm DCA Architects and includes Marina Bay Residences; the second phase added Marina Bay Suites, which received its Temporary Occupation Permit in June 2013. The complex is served by 105 elevators and 6 escalators supplied by Schindler Singapore.
