Designed by César Pelli, the Ocean Financial Centre is an office skyscraper located at Collyer Quay in Singapore's Raffles Place, built on the site of the former Ocean Building. The structure retains both the name and many tenants of its predecessor, serving as a hub for financial corporations. Notable for its large solar array and proximity to Raffles Place MRT station, the building once housed the Honorary Consulate of Cyprus on its 37th floor. K-REIT Asia acquired the development from Keppel Land in October 2011 for more than S$2 billion.
