Located at 15 Nahant Street in Wakefield, Massachusetts, the Michael Sweetser House is a 2½-story timber-frame dwelling built around 1755 by Michael Sweetser, an early settler of the area. Though traditionally Georgian in character, the house's front door surround reflects the Greek Revival aesthetic added during the mid-19th century. Among its notable 19th-century residents was Paul Hart Sweetser, a co-founder of the Massachusetts Teachers Association and local political figure. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
