Mihakayama Kofun is a massive burial mound of Japan's Kofun period, located in the Sanagu neighborhood of Iga, Mie Prefecture in the Kansai region. At 188 meters in length, it is the largest kofun in Mie Prefecture and follows the zenpō-kōen-fun (keyhole-shaped) architectural style characteristic of elite burials from that era. Designated a National Historic Site of Japan in 1921, its protected area was expanded in 1970. The mound is also known by the alternative name Ohakayama Kofun.
