Mítikah is a mixed-use architectural complex in the Benito Juárez borough of Mexico City, designed by César Pelli and opened in September 2022. At approximately one million square meters, it is the largest mixed-use development in Latin America, integrating residential, office, retail, and medical spaces across multiple properties. The centerpiece is Torre Mítikah, Mexico City's tallest building at 62 stories and 267 meters high, which was expanded in 2016 to incorporate the neighboring Centro Bancomer and Centro Coyoacán mall into a unified complex. Located across the Circuito Interior inner ring road from Coyoacán, the project faced significant delays; initial completion was planned for 2015, but construction halted in 2014 until Fibra Uno acquired the project and restarted work in 2016.
