Known as the Freedom Tower or St. Regis Hotel Tower, this 150-meter skyscraper stands prominently before the Diana Fountain roundabout at Paseo de la Reforma in Mexico City's Cuauhtémoc district. Designed by Argentine architect César Pelli and completed in January 2008, it represents the first St. Regis Hotel & Residences property in Latin America. The tower combines a luxury hotel with residential units, anchored by commercial spaces on its lower floors and a seven-level underground parking garage accommodating 2,000 vehicles. Upon its 2010 completion assessment, the building ranked as the second tallest on Paseo de la Reforma and the ninth tallest in Mexico City overall.
