Located in downtown Portland, Oregon, the Morgan Building is a Beaux-Arts office structure designed by the architectural firm Doyle & Patterson and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The building is historically notable as the home of Theodore Kruse's Rainbow Grill, which operated from October 1913 to June 1915 and featured a "Special Men's Grill" alongside oyster service. Kruse opened the restaurant following the closure of his earlier establishment, the Louvre, which had become embroiled in the 1912 Portland vice scandal. The building has subsequently housed various dining establishments, including Hunan Restaurant, Nodoguro, Roe, and Tercet.
