The Nathaniel Thayer Estate is a 21,802-square-foot historic house in Lancaster, Massachusetts, built in 1846 and extensively restyled in 1902 by architect Ogden Codman, Jr. into a particularly fine example of Georgian Revival architecture. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976, the estate was owned by the Seventh-day Adventist Church from 1946, which operated Atlantic Union College there until 2018. The main house now serves as home to Thayer Conservatory, which engages the community through music and the arts.
