Located at 411 West Seventh Street in Fort Worth, the Neil P. Anderson Building is an 11-story office structure completed in 1921 by the architectural firm Sanguinet & Staats. Designed in the Chicago School style, it originally served as a cotton exchange for the Neil P. Anderson Cotton Co. The building narrowly escaped demolition in 1977 when a group of investors purchased it to preserve the historic structure; it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. After the Trammel Crow Company acquired the building in 2000, it was rehabilitated and converted into luxury condominiums in 2004, becoming known as the Neil P. at Burnett Park.
