New Orleans is a 45-storey, 158.4-meter residential skyscraper completed in 2010 in Rotterdam, designed by Portuguese modernist architect Álvaro Siza Vieira. At the time of its completion, it was the tallest residential building and second-tallest structure overall in the Netherlands, a distinction it held until the completion of De Zalmhaven in 2022. The tower combines residential units with amenities including a swimming pool, saunas, and gymnasium for inhabitants, while its commercial base houses the cinema LantarenVenster.
