The Niagara Falls Public Library, designed by Paul Rudolph and completed in 1974, serves as the main branch of the Niagara-Orleans-Genesee Library System. Located at 1425 Main Street in Niagara County, New York, the library occupies the Earl W. Brydges Building and replaced the city's earlier Carnegie Library, which opened in 1904 and now functions as offices. A secondary LaSalle Branch operates at 8728 Buffalo Avenue in the city's LaSalle District.
