Located in Kirkwood, New Castle County, Delaware, the Old Cann Mansion House is a Georgian-style residence built around 1792. The home's main section rises two-and-a-half stories and features five bays across its brick double-pile facade. A lower single-pile wing of matching height is attached to one side, while a two-story frame addition was appended to the rear during the late nineteenth century. The property also includes contributing outbuildings—a frame barn and privy finished in board-and-batten siding, along with three additional frame sheds. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
