Built in 1833, the Old Carleton County Court House in Upper Woodstock, New Brunswick, is a neoclassical structure that served its original judicial function until a newer courthouse was constructed. Thereafter the building was repurposed as a horse barn from 1911 to 1960, when the Carleton County Historical Society acquired it for preservation. Designated a provincial heritage place in 1977, the courthouse has since been restored and opened to the public, hosting seasonal events including a Victorian Christmas Concert held annually on the last weekend of November.
