One Madison is a luxury residential condominium tower in Manhattan's Flatiron District, located on 23rd Street between Broadway and Park Avenue South, across from Madison Square Park. Designed by Rem Koolhaas, Yabu Pushelberg, and Cetra/Ruddy in postmodern style, the 621-foot structure contains 51 residential units distributed across 60 stories. Notable for its extreme slenderness—a height-to-width ratio of 12:1—it ranks among the world's most slender buildings. Construction began in 2006 and the building topped out in 2010, though financial difficulties delayed completion until 2013.
