Ōtsurumaki Kofun is a large keyhole-shaped burial mound located in Takasaki, Gunma Prefecture in Japan's northern Kantō region. Built around the late 4th to early 5th century, it exemplifies the zenpō-kōen-fun architectural style characteristic of the Kofun period. Designated a National Historic Site of Japan in 1927, it stands as one of Gunma Prefecture's largest kofun and belongs to the Kuragano Kofun Cluster, a concentration of thirteen tumuli in the area that includes other substantial keyhole-shaped mounds such as the Sengenyama Kofun (171.5 meters long) and the Kotsurumaki Kofun (87.5 meters).
