The Funazukayama Kofun is a large burial mound of the Kofun period located in Ishioka, Ibaraki Prefecture, in Japan's northern Kantō region. Built in the zenpō-kōen-fun style—characterized by a rectangular fore-section and circular rear-section—it stands as the largest kofun in Ibaraki Prefecture and the second largest in the entire Kantō region, surpassed only by the Ōta Tenjinyama Kofun in neighboring Gunma. The tumulus was designated a National Historic Site of Japan in 1921, reflecting its archaeological and cultural significance as a monument to the Kofun period.
