The P. P. Raymond House in Malcom, Iowa, is a 2½-story frame residence built in 1874 in the Second Empire style. Constructed for P. P. Raymond, a farmer and founder of the town's first bank, the house features hallmark characteristics of its era, including a mansard roof with a concave slope, elaborate window hoods, window bays, and a turret. Noteworthy as a refined example of Second Empire architecture in a small-town setting, the house remained in the Raymond family until 1904. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
