Park Tower is a high-rise office building in the Westend-Süd district of Frankfurt, Germany, originally completed in 1972 as the administrative headquarters of the Südwestdeutschen Genossenschafts-Zentralbank (now DZ Bank). Originally standing 96 metres tall with a distinctive black-and-silver facade, it was briefly Frankfurt's tallest skyscraper. Located near Opernplatz on Reuterweg, the building stands at a slight angle to the old opera house. Between 2005 and 2007, the structure underwent complete gutting and radical restructuring under architects Albert Speer & Partner, which added three new levels and introduced a second block wrapping around the original tower like a "stone belt." The redesigned building now reaches 115 metres in height, with the older section fully glazed and the newer portion clad in natural stone, providing approximately 24,000 square metres of gross floor area. The international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is the primary tenant.
