Garden Tower is a modernist high-rise in Frankfurt's Innenstadt district, designed by Novotny Mähner Assoziierte and completed in 1976. Built as headquarters for Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen (Helaba), it was among Frankfurt's earliest financial district skyscrapers. The twin-tower complex reaches 127 metres at its tallest point—Tower A with 25 floors and Tower B with 14—and is distinguished by twelve conservatories carved into its polygonal facade, providing many office spaces with direct garden access or views of the two-storey planted cavities. After Helaba relocated to Main Tower in 1999, the building underwent comprehensive renovation from 2003 to 2005, including asbestos removal and complete interior renovation while preserving the structural skeleton. Now known as Garden Tower, it houses offices for international financial institutions and subsidiaries.
