Standing 112 meters tall across 30 storeys in Frankfurt's Bockenheim district, the IBC Tower is a modern skyscraper completed in 2003 as part of the larger IBC building complex. Designed by architect Kohler and originally developed by Deutsche Bank as an Investment Banking Center, the tower significantly exceeds the heights of its companion structures, IBC Tower A and B, which are each ten storeys. Located at Theodor-Heuss-Allee near the Frankfurt Trade Fair grounds, the complex was sold to U.S. investment firm Blackstone Group, though Deutsche Bank temporarily occupied the tower during a major renovation of its Twin Towers headquarters between 2006 and 2011. The surrounding complex has housed various financial and corporate tenants including Degussa Bank and ING Real Estate Development.
