The Pavilion Theatre in Torquay, Devon, was designed by architect Henry Augustus Garrett and completed in 1911 as an Art Nouveau structure. One of three principal auditoriums serving the Torbay area, it distinguished itself during the 1970s by programming theatrical plays during the profitable summer season, a contrast to its sister venues—the Princess Theatre in Torquay and the Festival Theatre in Paignton—which favored variety shows. The building is designated as Grade II listed.
