The Pence Springs Hotel Historic District in Summers County, West Virginia, is a national historic district comprising seven contributing buildings and two contributing structures centered on Georgian-style architecture. The district's centerpiece is the Pence Springs Hotel Building, constructed between 1916 and 1918, accompanied by a Pavilion/Casino (1919), Hotel Manager's Residence (c. 1919), Hotel Garage (1925), Golf Caddy House (1919), Pence Springs Bottling Works (c. 1915), and Springhouse (c. 1901). The complex reflects the resort character of early twentieth-century West Virginia, with facilities supporting both leisure and the bottling of the springs' mineral waters. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
