Peoria Sports Complex is a baseball facility designed by Populous and completed in 1994 in Peoria, Arizona, a suburb northwest of Phoenix. Located near the city's main shopping district on Bell Road, the complex comprises Peoria Stadium—with a capacity of approximately 12,000—and twelve practice fields. During spring training, it serves as the home stadium for both the San Diego Padres and the Seattle Mariners of the Cactus League, under leases extending to 2034. The complex also hosts Arizona Fall League games and has been the site of the Vans Warped Tour every summer since 2002, in addition to youth baseball tournaments and other city events.
