The Phoenix Hotel in Waycross, Georgia, is a three-story brick structure built around 1890 in the Mission Revival style, originally known as the "New Phoenix." Occupying a substantial 200-by-111-foot block near the city's train depot, the building was designed to serve travelers and transient guests. Its ground floor once housed various commercial establishments, though this level has undergone modernization; the upper two stories retain their original interior layout. The hotel began as a two-story structure, with a third floor added in 1913. It was recognized for its historical significance and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
