The W. F. DeWitt Hotel is a historic frame structure built around 1865 in Durham, Greene County, New York, notable for its Italianate architectural details. Rising two and a half stories across a seven-by-three-bay footprint, the building rests on a stone foundation and features a moderately pitched gable roof characteristic of the period. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001, the hotel has been repurposed in recent decades, operating as an antiques store as of 2013.
