The Professional Building in Phoenix, Arizona is a 171-foot Art Deco skyscraper designed by Morgan, Walls & Clements and completed in 1932. Its streamlined moderne aesthetic emphasizes angles and setbacks, with a central tower rising from a two-story base and a western wing. Decorative grills crown the entrances on Central Avenue and Monroe Street. Originally built as an office building, it served this function until the 1990s, when it gradually lost tenants. After sitting vacant for two decades, the structure was repurposed as a hotel in 2015 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
