Public Bath House No. 2 stands in Yonkers, Westchester County, New York, as a two-story Romanesque Revival structure completed in 1898. Built of yellowish-orange brick, the three-bay-wide edifice is distinguished by a wide, centrally placed segmental-arched window. The interior was originally divided into three functional sections: a reception area, the custodian's apartment, and the bathing facilities. Following modernization in 1928, the building was decommissioned, gutted, and reconstructed as a church in 1962, eventually becoming home to the Mt. Hebron Apostolic Church. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985, it remains a notable example of late-nineteenth-century civic architecture adapted to contemporary religious use.
