Rodsher is a small uninhabited Russian island in the Gulf of Finland, located in Leningrad Oblast, distinguished by its lighthouse. Positioned 16 kilometres southwest of Gogland and 24 kilometres northeast of the Estonian island of Vaindloo, the island has been known by various names across the region's linguistic traditions—Swedish Rödskär, German Rodscher, Finnish Ruuskeri, and Estonian Ruuskari—reflecting the Gulf of Finland's complex cultural geography.
