The Rose Realty-Securities Building is a six-story Omaha office building completed in 1916 and designed by Frederick A. Henninger in the Chicago School style. Built for the Rose Realty Company by developer John H. Harte, the structure exemplifies the period's commercial architecture with retail storefronts at street level and office space above. The prominent corner location at 16th and Farnam housed a Union Pacific ticket office from 1917 to 1941, anchoring the site as a major transportation hub. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.
