The Royal Edward Arms is an eight-storey Art Deco apartment building completed in 1928 in the historic downtown of Fort William, now part of Thunder Bay, Ontario. Originally constructed as a hotel, it commanded the intersection of South May and George Streets and enjoyed considerable success until the 1970s. After standing vacant for several years, it was renovated in 1985 into a 64-unit low-income housing facility. The building was added to the Thunder Bay Heritage Register in 1988 and is currently operated as a private sector apartment building by Habib Enterprises.
