Sairyo Kofun is a keyhole-shaped burial mound located in Misaki, Osaka, in Japan's Kansai region. Dating to the 5th century AD, this zenpō-kōen-fun (keyhole-form tumulus) exemplifies the monumental funerary architecture of the Kofun period. The 28th largest kofun in Japan, it was designated a National Historic Site of Japan in 1922 and remains a significant archaeological landmark in the Tannowa neighborhood.
