Samsung Tower Palace is a luxury residential complex comprising seven towers (A–G) in Dogok-dong, Gangnam District, Seoul, completed between 2002 and 2004. The towers range from 42 to 73 floors, with Tower G reaching 264 metres and serving as South Korea's tallest building from 2004 until surpassed by the Northeast Asia Trade Tower in 2009. Its distinctive silhouette is formed by three joined oval lobes. The complex pioneered residential automation technology, allowing residents to control lighting, curtains, networks, and appliances via mobile phone or fixed control panels. Security features include card-key access, key-code entry, and fingerprint identification at entrances and elevators. Each tower is topped with a helipad.
