The Sayre Champlin Service Station is a 1934 Streamline Moderne filling station located on the historic U.S. Route 66 in Sayre, Oklahoma. Built as an affiliate of the Champlin Refining Company to replace an earlier station, it exemplifies the streamlined aesthetic popular in Depression-era roadside architecture, featuring oval pilasters, horizontal banding, plate glass, and multi-light windows in a contrasting color scheme. The station served Route 66 travelers with gasoline and automobile services, while supply tanker trucks added to the highway's characteristic commercial traffic. After Interstate 40 bypassed Route 66 in 1958, the station's fortunes declined, and it closed permanently in 1967. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.
