Located at 131 Middle Road in Sayville, Suffolk County, New York, the Sayville Congregational Church stands as a notable example of Shingle Style architecture from 1888. Designed by architect Isaac H. Green Jr., the building features characteristic elements of the style including fish-scale shingles and a cross gabled roof. Two prominent towers define its silhouette, with a particularly distinctive three-story square bell tower that employs rounded, turret-like corners. The church was recognized for its architectural and historical significance when it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.
