The Seventh Church of Christ, Scientist in Seattle's Queen Anne Hill neighborhood, designed by architect Harlan Thomas and completed in 1926, exemplifies an eclectic blend of Mediterranean and Spanish Colonial Revival with Neo-Byzantine elements. Located at the corner of 8th Avenue W and W Halladay Street, the building comprises two connected sections forming an ell shape: a two-story main block housing the church auditorium with a distinctive irregular octagonal footprint created by flattened corners, and a single-story wing accommodating the Sunday School. The hybrid style reflects the architectural experimentation of the 1920s and remains a notable example of Christian Science sacred architecture in the Pacific Northwest.
