Shaw House, a 2½-story Tudor Revival residence built in 1919 in Fairmont, Marion County, West Virginia, exemplifies the picturesque domestic architecture of the interwar period. Constructed for Harry Shaw, a prominent early twentieth-century attorney and jurist in north-central West Virginia, the house features brick and stucco wall cladding embellished with simulated half-timbering and distinctive tall chimney stacks characteristic of the Tudor style. The property comprises a national historic district that includes the main dwelling, a contributing garage, well house, and entrance pavilion. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.
