The Smith-Joseph-Stratton House is a one-story Italianate cottage built in 1855 in Montgomery, Alabama. The five-bay façade features a central porch with elaborate brackets and railing spanning three bays, while the bracketed cornice displays dentil moulding and scrollwork. A hipped roof completes the design. The property includes a servants' quarters originally oriented to the rear; this structure received a McDonough Street entrance during the 1940s. E. B. Joseph, a businessman and president of Montgomery's electric street car system who later served as mayor from 1900 to 1903, owned the house from 1880 to 1885. The residence was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
