Southern Dairies, located in Atlanta's Old Fourth Ward neighborhood, is a loft office conversion of two historic structures: a milk distribution facility built in the early 1900s and the Empire Manufacturing Company Building, constructed in 1939. The complex exemplifies Art Deco architectural style and was among the first warehouse-to-office conversions undertaken in the Old Fourth Ward during the late 1990s renovation effort. Situated at the intersection of Glen Iris Drive and North Avenue near the Ponce City Market development, the buildings were added to the National Register of Historic Places in August 2002. The campus was acquired by Jamestown in October 2019 for approximately $34.5 million.
