The Springer-Cranston House is a late-18th-century Georgian dwelling located in Marshallton, New Castle County, Delaware. Built of local Brandywine granite as a modest one-story structure measuring roughly 24 by 18 feet, it was substantially enlarged and modified during the first half of the 19th century into its present form: a 2½-story, four-bay coursed rubble stone residence with a two-story stuccoed stone service wing and gable roof. The interior retains a Georgian floor plan, though it was modernized in the 1940s. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.
