St. Augustine's Church, located at 290 Henry Street on Manhattan's Lower East Side, was formed from the merger of All Saints' Free Church (founded 1819) and St. Augustine's Chapel. The current congregation occupies the All Saints' Free Church building, constructed between 1827 and 1829, a period that saw the blending of Federal, Georgian, and Gothic Revival architectural styles. The church has been recognized as both a New York City Landmark and a place listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
