The Holy Name of Jesus Roman Catholic Church, located at 207 West 96th Street on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, is a Gothic Revival parish church completed in 1900 and designed by architect Thomas H. Poole. It serves the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York and stands at the corner of Amsterdam Avenue. The parish was administered by the Franciscans from 1990 to 2020 and maintains an attached elementary and middle school along with a community center on West 97th Street. In 2015, the parish merged with that of St. Gregory the Great, which was subsequently deconsecrated and closed in 2017.
