Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, located at 213 West 82nd Street on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, is a parish church completed in 1912 and recognized as one of the finest examples of Byzantine Revival architecture in the United States. Designed by Joseph Hubert McGuire and constructed from 1910 to 1912, the building is notable for its deliberate adoption of Byzantine style, which was unusual for the period. Built of brick and terra cotta, it features a distinctive dome of Guastavino tile. The parish itself was established in 1898, preceding the construction of this architecturally significant edifice, which was dedicated on May 11, 1912.
