St Giles-in-the-Fields, located in the St Giles district of London's West End between Seven Dials, Bloomsbury, Holborn, and Soho, is an Anglican parish church with roots extending to a 12th-century monastery and leper hospital. The present structure, completed in 1731–1733 to designs by architect Henry Flitcroft, represents the third church on the site since 1101. Built in Palladian style, it stands as a Grade I listed building and remains part of the Diocese of London, its name derived from St Giles the Hermit and now synonymous with the urban district that has grown around it.
