Stadttor (City Gate) is a 20-storey, 75-metre high-rise in Düsseldorf's Unterbilk neighbourhood, designed by the Düsseldorf firm Petzinka Pink und Partner and completed in 1998. Its distinctive parallelogram floor plan responds to its location marking the southern entrance to the Rheinufertunnel. Exemplifying high-tech architecture, the building showcases a 15-storey atrium and innovative double-facade system that enables natural ventilation throughout its 30,000 square metres of office space, even at upper levels. From 1999 to 2017, it served as the seat of North Rhine-Westphalia's Minister-President's state chancellery.
