The Talbot County Courthouse in Talbotton, Georgia, is a brick structure completed in 1892 and designed by the architectural firm Bruce & Morgan in Queen Anne style. Smaller and more picturesque than many of the firm's other courthouse commissions, it is distinguished by contrasting towers: a tall, pyramidally topped clock tower anchors the east corner while a squat bell-capped tower rises from the west, the two linked by a gable. A Romanesque arched entryway provides a classical accent to the otherwise Victorian design. The building was recognized for its historic significance when it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
