The 88 is a 22-story residential skyscraper in downtown San Jose, California, designed by the architectural firm HKS, Inc. Completed in 2008, the 87.2-meter tower became the city's tallest building upon its completion, surpassing the nearby San Jose City Hall. Built in the modern architectural style, the tower exemplifies early 21st-century urban residential development in Silicon Valley's central business district.
